Al Mudeef Center Facility Overview
Al Mudeef Center Facility is located within the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination in Shakhbout City, Al Mafraq, Abu Dhabi.
The center has 80 beds for adolescents and adults with complex medical and mental disabilities, requiring daily support as well as high-level medical, therapeutic, and nursing services around the clock.
It provides high-quality care for people with disabilities, including those who require complex emotional support and have physical disabilities.
The center offers long-term care for inpatients, including adolescents and adults who need varying levels of medical care.
The facility consists of four wings that house a variety of amenities catering to the needs of Al Mudeef patients. These amenities include dedicated patient rooms, gyms, therapy rooms, sensory rooms, recreational areas, gardens, hippotherapy, and a happiness club.
Additionally, Al Mudeef Center provides various services for its patients, including 24/7 access to physicians and specialized nursing services, psychiatry services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, behavioral therapy, and music therapy.
These services are delivered by highly experienced teams that include specialized physicians, therapists, and quality and safety personnel.
Furthermore, the team comprises social workers, case managers, a patient experience team, and a guest services team. These teams collaborate on daily activities to ensure patient integration and provide the best quality of care for Al Mudeef residents.
